Can be used for many issues but I tend to use it when someone is having a difficult time with a limited belief or just cant make any room for a positive thought. Its great for using in the moment to quickly calm nervousness, anxiety, anger, saddness just to name a few. Its nice to know how to do this if you are continually feeling terrible everyday and can't have a session every day. This modality can at least empower you to bring up your vibration when you are in the angry "heat of the moment" times. It also combines very well with the Life Coaching Techniques I teach you as well. Makes them even more Powerful. Although EFT will empower you to handle anxiety and stress on your own. After doing the Body Code and Life Coaching with me you will have the angry or anxious "heat of the moment" times in your life less and less.
