This is the 2nd week of working in your Gratitude Workbook. How are you feeling so far? By the end of this week you will have written down 100 things you were grateful for from all different categories in your life. Expanding our mind to all areas in your life that you are blessed with. There are 8 sections in this workbook. One box can be done everyday. So the first box is to think of 10 different living people you are grateful for, and you would do that box today. The next box is to think of 10 diff. deceased people in your life that you are grateful for, that will be done on Tues. Since there are only 7 days in a week, you can choose to do two sections on one of your days this week.
Continue to recognize the wonderful blessings that show up in your life. Down to the smallest details.
Such as: I am so grateful that I got to work on time, even though I was running late....
As you do, you will start to raise your vibration, which is just another way of saying: you will start to feel better.
Remember that the key is consistency. So do your best to work on this workbook everyday. Have FUN!!
